With Solange Dekker’s win, the Netherlands won the title in this prestigious transgender pageant, creating history in the process. Singapore and the United States emerged as strong competitors, finishing second and third, respectively, against 22 exceptional participants who put up a spirited fight.

Who is Solange Dekker?
Solange Dekker is a Dutch transgender beauty pageant contestant. She has been in the news because she recently won the prestigious Miss International Queen 2023 title.
She is a native of Amsterdam Centrum, Noord-Holland, the Netherlands, and holds Dutch nationality. Together with her three brothers, she was raised by her single mother.
Solange Dekker supposedly came out as gay at the age of 14. After that, she was hated by everyone, including her relatives. Due to this, she started to identify herself as a transgender woman.
She is currently 27 years old.
Her career
Solange Dekker started her career as a makeup artist at MAC Cosmetics. Later, she engaged in planning and operations at Famous Flavours, a renowned Dutch restaurant. She has also been a lead hostess at Restaurant Wils. Later, she founded her own production company, Solange Productions.
Apart from this, she is also a beauty pageant judge and model. She recently won the Miss International Queen 2023 title.
