A Guatemala-based Hip-hop artist, Nesly Monterroso, who has been Missing for a few days now has been found dead
The dead body of the artist was discovered inside a barrel hidden in the trunk of an abandoned car in Guatemala.
As per a report by the US Sun, the 27-year old artist was discovered dead on Monday, December 5. She was last seen alive leaving her office which she owned in Guatemala City.

As per the National Institute of Forensic Science, the young woman was killed by using a strong blow to her head.
As per the statement given by an official of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Crime against Life and Integrity of Persons, the barrel of the trunk in which Nesly was found was secured with a rope.
As per the investigators, they discovered the body of the young woman after local residents reported seeing a suspicious looking vehicle to the National Civil Police.
The cops are reportedly doing a desperate investigation in the murder case after the body of the artist was discovered in a vehicle without any number plates.
As of now, the motive behind the musician’s suspected murder isn’t clear and cops are yet to provide any further information regarding the case.
Meanwhile, the local residents of the area took to social media as they claimed the body of the singer was discovered with signs of extreme violence.
As per the claims which are swirling online, the body was discovered with some kind of liquid in the barrel. However, authorities haven’t confirmed or said anything about these claims.

Earlier in a Tweet, Jun Na’oj indigenous communicators network took to their official Twitter handle and demanded Justice for the artist.
The brand reveals that they are planning a collective movement in the city of Guatemala to demand Justice for the artist. The citizens of the city will do a peaceful artistic walk which will start from 7 a.m. on 20th street and will go to the Central park.
The tweet of the network reads, “Colectivos Urbana movimiento Hip Hop en la ciudad de Guatemala se moviliza para exigir justicia por Nesly Monterroso.
“La caminata artística pacífica que inicia a las 7 AM desde la 20 calle que se dirige al parque Central.”
