As Barcelona searches for a new manager to take Xavi’s place at the top, Hansi Flick’s name has surfaced once more.

Former German national team coach Flick is reportedly interested in taking on the role of head coach at FC Barcelona, according to a report by Sport Bild journalist Christian Falk. In his 19 months with Bayern, the 58-year-old won seven championships, including the treble, and was named the 2019–20 UEFA Men’s Coach of the Year.
In the meanwhile, Flick is willing to take on new responsibilities and is even open to serving as a head coach for the first time in his career in a foreign league. After being fired as Germany’s manager in September 2023, the coach has not had a job. After taking over as coach of the national team, he was fired, becoming the first German manager to do so after only 12 victories in 25 games.
According to a latest report by Christian Falk, a reporter for Sport Bild, Flick is already learning Spanish and that the job “appeals” to him.

Who is Silke Flick?
Silke Flick is the wife of former German International manager Hansi Flick. The two have been married for three decades now. The two first met when they were just teenagers and he we just 18 whole she aged 15 and since then, the two have been going stronger.
She currently resides in Kraichgau, Bammental and reportedly, is a Sports Shop Manager. Not much is known about her as she likes to keep her life private despite being married to a public figure. However, the two have often attended events together.
