According to the police, six counts of aggravated assault have been brought against Hibbert. She could face a criminal charge of endangering a child because she was riding beside a child when the incident occurred, depending on the findings of the inquiry.

On July 18, the Byron Georgia Police Department released a harrowing silent dashcam video on Twitter that showed a Georgia lady ramming her SUV into police officers and police vehicles while a little child was in the backseat.
According to the video, Hibbert first resisted getting out of the car, as can be seen on the dashcam video. She then acted irrationally by saying, “I didn’t do anything.”
