Who is Scott Munn new Chief Football Officer of Tottenham

Scott Munn is a former executive of the City Football Group and has headed their China division for years. Munn comes with extensive experience in the sports field. He first came to notice as a member of the committee that organised the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
From there, he transitioned into the National Rugby League.

According to chairman Daniel Levy, Scott will be in charge of overseeing and managing the football-related activities in order to instill best practises both on and off the pitch. He said, “Scott has a distinctive and extensive understanding of directing sporting organisations at the highest level.”

Munn previously held the position of CEO of Melbourne City in Australia and City Football Group China, but this is his first position in English football. It’s believed that Munn’s employment had nothing to do with the uncertainty surrounding Fabio Paratici. The Italian resigned as managing director even though he appeals FIFA’s decision to suspend him globally.

If Paratici is successful in his appeal and is able to find employment again, he will report to Munn and work with performance director Gretar Steinsson and head of football strategy Andy Scoulding.

The Spurs are also looking for a manager.

With Antonio Conte’s resignation as manager, Spurs are going through a truly transitional moment both on and off the pitch. Spurs are interested in managers such as Luis Enrique, Julian Nagelsmann, and Mauricio Pochettino, but Chelsea, another London rival, is also seeking a new manager and is pursuing several of the same prospects.

James Maddison is rumoured to be joining Spurs.

As a result of rumours that Tottenham Hotspur is winning the fight to capture James Maddison, it is now widely believed that he will depart Leicester City this summer. Spurs appear to be moving forward with their plans for the summer despite the drama off the pitch.

James Maddison, a standout for Leicester, is poised to reach the final year of his contract at the end of the current season, and reports suggest that Tottenham are leading the race to recruit him. After Brendan Rodgers’ departure, GiveMeSport now claims that Maddison will most likely leave Leicester this summer.
