Who is scammer Kenneth Leon Foster as Jasmyn’s Atlanta scam story interview goes viral on TikTok
One interview on the streets of Atlanta was the beginning of it all. What we know about the TikTok scammer case involving Kenneth Leon Foster is as follows.
On the streets of Atlanta, the Hopeless Romantic Society YouTube account conducts interviews with people about their romantic life. In April 2025, while interviewing a woman called Jasmyn in Atlanta, they unintentionally fell into a doozy. She gave the channel a bombshell.
After a year of dating, Jasmyn revealed that she “didn’t know his name.” Jasmyn has revealed that he had given her a phony name.
She said that the truth was revealed when she received a message on Instagram from the mother of one of the man’s children. The mother said Kenneth had abducted their child and not given them back, Jasmyn said. When Jasmyn Googled him, she found what she claims were several articles describing his actions, such as sleeping in dorms at universities he wasn’t enrolled in.
The internet was shocked right away. In 2021, Jasmyn posted a video to social media about her encounter with the man, whose real identity she claims is Kenneth Leon Foster. Jasmyn added that a woman had praised her as recently as early 2025 for bringing to her attention Kenneth’s “true nature.”
Reactions of netizens
The narrative becomes even more bizarre when you revisit Jasmyn’s initial posts about it.
Kenneth, who many call “Kai,” appears to have harmed many more women. Following her account, Jasmyn asserted that Kenneth wanted to provide “his side of the story,” and she included a video chat in which he declined to reveal his true identity or his line of work.
In the comments of Jasmyn’s original YouTube video on the subject, one user wrote, “Tiktok sent me … I met him in DC YEARS ago as “Kai.” At the time, he was reportedly a medical student with pictures wearing a coat and scrubs.
Another added, “My husband’s name is Kenneth Leon,” which drew a number of alarmed and amused responses.
