He has worked with Meta for 11 years in various engineering leadership capacities, and he was promoted to CEO roughly two years ago. He is quitting his position, but he is not leaving Meta for the time being.

He’ll take an extended leave and writes in the message, “after I get back, I’ll figure out what’s next for me,” according to the article. Meta just revealed that Sandberg will step down as COO later this year. Later, the firm announced that Pesenti, Meta’s VP of AI, will leave in mid-June after assisting the company through the early phases of the AI transformation.

“I am really proud of what we have accomplished in the last two years. “I have been supporting Infra,” Mortenson said in the memo, adding that the company “survived the biggest capacity crunch in the company’s history (at least in the last decade).”
According to the company’s website, Mortenson’s responsibility would be to supervise “teams responsible for designing and running the hardware, network, software, and data centres that all Meta services run on.”
He has been with Meta for 11 years and took over as CEO roughly two years ago. He is quitting his position, but he is not leaving Meta for the time being. Janardhan’s net worth and salary are yet to be ascertained and while his date of birth isn’t known, he is aged between 40-50 years.
