Richard Glass, the owner of Glass Hair Design in Venice, revealed on social media that Anne Heche had been seen buying a wig there just before the vehicle accident.
“So I met @anneheche today and she ordered a #redwig so weird,” Richard posted beside a selfie of the actress on the salon’s Instagram page.
Glass discussed his encounter with the Six Days, Seven Nights actor in a recent video that TMZ obtained. Glass said: “I just have a lot of regrets,” and I believe there was more I could have done. I believe she was here because the universe wanted me to have an influence in some manner, but I don’t feel like I did everything I was meant to do to protect her or keep her here.”
“I’m very emotional about it, and it’s wearing on my heart,” he continued, “this woman needed help, and I wasn’t there for her.”

The hairdresser described her interaction with her as “quite polite,” and she bought a vivid red wig after perusing the selection at the shop.
After saying that encountering Anne was “extremely, very strange,” Richard continued to discuss with a client about the experience while finishing their hairstyle. “We brought up the fact that she had dated Ellen [DeGeneres]” Richard elucidated. “We researched her. I IMDb’ed her.”
