A 45-year-old woman named Sadaf Fatima with a private bank passed away under strange circumstances at her office building in Vibhuti Khand of Luckow’s Gomtinagar on Tuesday afternoon, amidst the current nationwide controversy over the death of an EY Pune employee owing to work pressure.

It was alleged that during work hours the Wazirganj resident Sadaf Fatima passed out and fell off her chair. Her coworkers said that just before she passed out, she had taken a pill out of her purse. When they arrived to a local hospital, they found her dead despite attempts to resuscitate her.
The incident, which happened at approximately 1:00 PM, has sparked new worries about corporate workplace pressures on mental health and working conditions. Witnesses also stated that, not long before the event, the woman had gone to the cafeteria for lunch with coworkers.
The body has been submitted for a post-mortem examination to ascertain the cause of death, according to confirmation from the local police.
The death of the female banker Sadaf Fatima was discovered in the midst of increased investigation into working conditions because of the recent passing of Anna Sebastian Perayil, a young worker at Ernst & Young in Pune.
Sadaf Fatima (45), a resident of Wazirganj’s Jeevan Baig Lane, was employed as a team manager and assistant vice president at HDFC Bank’s telephone channel. She arrived to the office’s training center on Tuesday morning, and her room is on the third level. She went to eat lunch with several coworkers in the second-floor cafeteria at about one in the afternoon.

Reacting to the incident, Samajwadi Party (SP) head Akhilesh Yadav expressed his concern on social media, calling the occurrence “extremely worrying” and a reflection of the economic constraints experienced by citizens in the country.
He wrote, “Such news is a symbol of the current economic pressure in the country. All companies and government departments will have to think seriously in this regard. This is an irreparable loss of the country’s human resources. Such sudden deaths bring the working conditions under question.”
