Ex-Chairman of Tata Sons, Cyrus Mistry passed away in a road accident on Sunday, September 4 while travelling from Ahmedabad to Mumbai after the vehicle in which he was travelling hit a divider, know about his wife Rohiqa Chagla, her father, sons, family and age
As per the reports, the accident of the Mistry occurred on the Surya River Charoti bridge on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad National Highway.

The 54-year-old Cyrus is survived by his wife Rohiqa Chagla and 2 sons, Zahan Mistry and Firoz Mistry.
Cyrus’ wife, Rohiqa Chagla, has been by his side for about 3 decades and has constantly stood by him through all tough battles with Tata family.
As per a statement given by Cyrus’ family, the last rites of Ex-Chairman was performed in Mumbai on Tuesday, September 6. The funeral of Cyrus will be held at Mumbai’s Worli crematorium at around 11 am.
Who is Rohiqa Chagla?
Rohiqa Chagla and Cyrus tied the knot back in 1992 and remained married until his sudden demise.
Chagla has been a corporate icon herself, she has held directorship at some private and public limited companies. While her date of birth isn’t known, she is believed to be aged between 52-54 years with the details of her education unknown as well. Cyrus and his family were Parsis.
Rohiqa’s father is a barrister named Iqbal Chagla, while her grandfather was M.C. Chagla, a jurist and former cabinet minister. Rohiqa’s family had supported Cyrus and got involved legally in the boardroom battle between Cyrus and Tatas. In 2012, Cyrus was appointed as the Chairman of the Tata Sons.
However, he surprisingly resigned in 2016 which sparked a dramatic years-long litigation and boardroom struggle between the nation’s most illustrious corporate families.
Cyrus’ death is a sudden blow to the SP group and the world of corporate. The tragic accident occurred at about 3:15 p.m.
As per the statement given by Palghar district superintendent of police, Balasaheb Patil, Cyrus was travelling with others in his Mercedes car.
Two other passengers, including the driver of the car, were also hurt in the incident. All the injured rushed towards a nearby hospital in Gujarat.
Cyrus Mistry’s death came after the Mistry family lost Cyrus’ father, Pallonji Mistry back in June.
