Social media users are sharing a video of the incident in which Bhatia is heard telling the female police officer to “go out” and threatening to open a departmental investigation against her.
Bhatia may be seen in the footage asking the female police officer,
You could have slapped him (the man) tightly. You got the girl checked (medically) thrice. Get out! There will be a departmental inquiry against you.
Bhatia said the woman’s physical condition was assessed three times but not the male’s when the officer objected. When the officer attempted to argue back, Bhatia asked,
Are you here to get the girl insulted?
Another police officer then led the officer out of the conference room. Bhatia was upset that the cop disobeyed her instruction to have the man’s health examined earlier.
Bhatia’s video has gone viral all over the internet and has been receiving mixed reactions. While many people argue that what she did is right, a bunch of people also criticized her for behaving roughly with the officer and asking her to slap a man.

Renu Bhatia is a well-known politician in the Bhartiya Janata Party and is also renowned for being a Chairperson of the Haryana State Commission. She has recently been in the news because one of her videos has gone viral on social media.
She was born on 28 July. She is a resident of Faridabad, Haryana.
She did her schooling at St. Thomas College, Dehradun. She later went to the University Of Delhi for graduation.
She is married and has two kids. His son’s name is Anurag Bhatia and her daughter’s name is Misha Om Bhatia. His son-in-law’s name is Manik Sikka.
Her Career
Renu Bhatia has long been involved with the BJP party and has served as the Deputy Mayor of the Faridabad Municipal Corporation. She also served as the party’s secretary and spokesperson.
She was nominated by the Haryana government to lead the State Commission for Women on January 17, 2022.
