Page was born as Regererai Page and he hails from London, England. He was born to his Zimbabwean mother who is a nurse and an English father who was a preacher. Page is the third of four children.
He spent his childhood in Harare, Zimbabwe, before he returned to London for his secondary schooling where he took up acting as a hobby and studied sound engineering at National Youth Theatre. After two years of auditioning, he was accepted at the Drama Centre based in London.
