On 17th of February in 2012, Wu was introduced as the 11th member of the Exo. In April of 2012, Exo made its debut and was quickly considered one of the most popular K-pop groups in South Korea and internationally. Later on, it achieved commercial success with their studio album named XOXO and their hit song “Growl” in 2013. The album became one of the first albums by a Korea-based artist in 12 years to sell over one million copies, and is the 12th bestselling album of all time in Korea in the history of all time.
