British race driver Phil Hanson has won the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans alongside his teammates Robert Kubica and Yifei Ye. Hanson was racing in the #83 AF Corse Ferrari, and the trio showcased superior strategy, speed, and teamwork on their way to taking the top spot in the iconic endurance race. Philip Beauchamp Hanson is a professional race car driver who was born on July 5, 1999 in Sunningdale, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Hanson started out karting competitively as a teenager and quickly progressed into sportscar racing. He made professional his debut in the Britcar Endurance Championship and steadily rose through the ranks to become one of the most successful British endurance drivers of his generation.
While the name of his parents isn’t known, he considers his dad his idol and had revealed he was responsible for him transitioning from go kart racing to professional racing in Le Mans. Phil is believed to be single and unmarried.

Phil Hanson initially started out his career in karting and quickly moved into endurance racing. He won his first major trophy with the Whilton Mill Club Championship at the young age of 15. Phil Hanson made his debut in the Asian Le Mans Series, where he secured the LMP3 class title.
