Ilias Emilian Chair is a professional football player who plays forward for both the Morocco national team and Queens Park Rangers, an EFL Championship club. The 26-year-old was born on October 30, 1997 in Antwerp, Belgium. The attacking midfielder stands 1.64 m (5 ft 5 in) tall.

Illias Chair started out in Lierse’s youth system. Additionally, he studied at the JMG Academy Belgium and the Club Brugge Academy. He joined Lierse as a 76th-minute substitute in the Belgian Second Division, marking his professional debut at the age of 17.

One month later, on September 9, 2015, he made his debut as a starter in a 3-2 home loss to Cercle Brugge, playing the entire ninety minutes.

The chair began a trial in January 2017 at Championship team QPR. He scored in the U23s’ 3-0 friendly victory over Bournemouth during the trial period. Talking about his international career, Chair is descended from Morocco and was born in Belgium. In June 2017, he was selected for a week-long training camp in Rabat with the Morocco U20 squad.
