Senny Mayulu scored PSG’s fifth goal against Inter at the Allianz Arena in Munich, making him the second-youngest player to score in a Champions League final at the age of 19 years and 14 days.

Senny said, “Frankly, I can’t describe the feeling, it’s incredible. We’re making history, it’s our first Champions League, it’s been a childhood dream of mine since I was a kid. I scored, plus there’s my family, we won 5-0 in the Champions League final, there’s a lot of joy, a lot of pride. It’s incredible.”

19-year-old Senny Mayulu was born on 17 May 2006 and is 6ft tall. Mayulu is of DR Congolese ancestry and was born in Paris, France in a Christian family. Fally, Mayulu’s older brother, plays football professionally as well and has played for BW Linz and Rapid Wien. While the names of his parents aren’t known, they are from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Senny Mayulu career

The French midfielder won the 2023 Tournoi de Limoges with France’s U18 team and in the year 2024, he made his professional debut for Paris Saint-Germain FC in the Coupe de France.

He played youth football for Saint-Denis US, AF Épinay-sur-Seine, and Paris Saint-Germain and joined PSG’s pre-academy program when he was aged 13.

Senny Mayulu agreed to a new three-year youth contract with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) on June 25, 2021. He scored what Le Parisien called a “superb” goal on October 25, 2023, to help the team defeat the AC Milan under-19s 1-0 in the UEFA Youth League.

In a 9–0 victory over Revel in the round of 64 of the Coupe de France on January 7, 2024, Mayulu made his professional debut for PSG as a substitute.

In a 4-1 victory over Lorient on April 24, Mayulu earned his second start for PSG and contributed his first-ever assist to Ousmane Dembele’s opening goal.

On May 20, 2027, he agreed to his first professional contract, which would last until June 30, 2027.

Mayulu scored his first goal in Ligue 1 on October 19, 2024, when he opened the scoring in a 4–2 victory over Strasbourg. He scored his first goal in the UEFA Champions League on February 19, 2025, in a 7–0 victory over Brest during the play-offs’ elimination stage.

On 31 May 2025, Mayulu came off the bench to score the final goal in the 2025 UEFA Champions League final, a 5–0 triumph over Inter Milan, to become the youngest Frenchman to score in a UEFA club competition final, and the third youngest player ever to score in a Champions League final.
