Francesca Gino has seemingly come out and spoken strongly to deny all the allegations against her. She wrote on her website:
There is one thing I know for sure: I did not commit academic fraud. I did not manipulate data to produce a particular result. Period.”
Gino also filed a lawsuit against Harvard, alleging that the university breached her contract and violated her rights as a tenured professor.

After completing her education in Italy, Francesca Gino moved to the US, where she joined the Harvard Business School faculty.
