At just 25 years old, Pragya Samal has received admission offers from six prestigious Western universities for the LLB Program. Among these offers, she has also secured scholarships from at least two universities. The universities include Columbia Law School, Chicago Law School, New York University, the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, the University of California Berkeley School of Law, and the University of Michigan Law School.

Pragya received a $30,000 scholarship offer from Berkeley Law School, and a $50,000 scholarship from Michigan Law School sealed the deal.

Pragya Samal completed her graduation in LLB from Amity University in 2021. Following her graduation, she began working as a law researcher at the Supreme Court’s Centre for Research and Planning (CRP). Her dedication and hard work have now led her to achieve remarkable success in the field of law.

During the felicitation ceremony at the Supreme Court, senior judges acknowledged Pragya Samal’s achievement. CJI Chandrachud expressed his pride in her accomplishment and assured her of support in her future endeavours. He gifted her three books on the Indian Constitution signed by all the judges of the apex court as a token of appreciation.

Pragya Samal revealed that CJI Chandrachud is her inspiration. She admires his encouragement of young lawyers and considers his words as valuable gems. She expressed her gratitude towards him for his support and motivation throughout her journey.
