However, Dallas Police didn’t release a motive behind the shooting incident in Dallas involving a woman, Portia Odufuwa, who was later rushed to hospital in an unknown condition.
A representative officer said the 37-years-old woman had entered the terminal after being dropped off at the airport.
According to a statement by Police, “She went inside a women’s restroom and later came out into the ticket counter area and fired a weapon several times”.
According to a report by Fox News, the FBI is assisting Dallas Police in the investigation.
A video of this horrifying incident was released later, in which Passengers can be seen hiding and squatting behind kiosks as shots and screams are heard in the background.

Who’s Portia Odufuwa?
According to Police records, in 2019, Odufuwa was accused of a bank robbery in Wylie, Texas. At that time, she was arrested at the scene.
She was accused of handing a note to a bank teller and asking for money. However, after an examination, the court has dismissed the case.
