At the Olympic Games, Nedoroscik qualified for the pommel horse final in second place, tied with Rhys McClenaghan at a score of 15.200. McClenaghan advanced as the top-ranked gymnast due to a higher execution score. Nedoroscik also contributed to the USA team qualifying for the team final in fifth place.
