However, it was quickly resolved. Now, recent reports suggest that Elvish is facing a complaint for allegedly issuing death threats to a welfare officer associated with People For Animals (PFA) in Ghaziabad.
According to a report from Filmbeat, a PFA officer named Sourabh Gupta filed a complaint against Elvish Yadav in the Nandgram district of Ghaziabad. The report claims that Elvish sent threats via social media to Sourabh and his brother.
The complaint revolves around the snake venom controversy that unfolded in Noida, with Sourabh allegedly receiving continuous death threats from Elvish. The media house further stated that the complaint accuses Elvish and his fans of being responsible for any harm or attack directed at Sourabh or his brother.
Nevertheless, the police have initiated an investigation into the matter. For the uninitiated, this recent incident follows Elvish Yadav’s involvement in a controversy last year when an FIR was lodged against him.
MP Maneka Gandhi, who is also an animal activist, accused Elvish of providing snake venom to rave parties in Noida. Elvish blastedly refuted the accusations, saying they were without merit. He also publicly criticized Maneka Gandhi and threatened to sue her for defamation.
