Many people on the Internet assumed Lil Durk was the person who was punched at the casino based on the victim’s looks when they saw the video online.
People wrongly thought it was the rapper Lil Durk fighting in a video that went viral online of a Lil Durk impostor. A man with medium-length dreadlocks was shown getting pounded in the face, losing his balance, and falling to the ground in the viral video that went viral on Twitter.
When they saw the footage online, a lot of people assumed Lil Durk was the one who received the punch at the casino based on the victim’s appearance.
Rapper Perkio was identified as the culprit later. The rumours that the Atlanta rapper had been beaten up gathered traction as soon as he announced his social media break.
Perkio is who?
The confusion was quickly resolved when it was discovered that Perkio, Lil Durk’s identical twin, was the one who had been struck in the casino. On the other side, Durk tweeted, “I’m going to take a break from this s**t, I’ll be back soon,” to announce his absence from social media.
For those who don’t know, Perkio originally gained notoriety when Broward County mall prankster King Cid forced him to parade through a mall while pretending to be Chicago rapper Lil Durk earlier this month. Later, Lil Durk introduced himself to Perkio and they shared a few pics with him on Instagram.
Perkio recently made news when he got into a confrontation with the rapper 6ix9ine. He claimed that 6ix9ine ambushed him back in April, saying, “Like, they all arrived, and all of a sudden, the jacket appeared. They then start acting as though everyone literally ambushed me. He threw the jacket over me, for instance.
Due to how much he resembles Durk in terms of his outfit and even his hairstyle, Perkio has been relishing the limelight.
