The 2.01 meter (6 ft 7 in) tall, who’s known as one of the tallest footballers in the world, started his professional career when he moved to Danish club FC in 2012 on a scholarship from his affiliated team in Nigeria.
At the time, he was a prolific scorer for the youth team who made his first team debut in the Cup later that year. He made his League debut in December, 2012.
A year later, in June, 2013, he signed a new 3-year contract with the club, prior extending it for a further 3-year in August 2015.
In August 2019, he signed with Belgian club, Genk. Yesterday, on Thursday, February 1, 2023, the 28-year-old player signed a three and half year contract with Premier League club Southampton.
