For those who are unversed, let us tell you, Parshavi, who’s an all rounder and leg spinner was born in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, on May 10, 2006.
Chopra, who wore the blue jersey at the mega event which was held in South Africa, picked up a total of 11 wickets in 6 matches and helped her team to become the champion.

In an earlier interview, Parshavi’s father, Gaurav Chopra revealed that they were so proud at the biggest achievement of their daughter and her team.
Her father stated that it’s a “proud moment for my whole family and also our society. We can’t express what we are feeling, it’s just a dream come true for us.”
After witnessing her daughter’s play in the T20 World Cup finals on Sunday, he considered everyone from the team his children. He furthermore went on to praise the entire team for their combined effort.
Meanwhile, her mother stated that she was praying to God to make India the winner. She even stated that they were full “confident” and that they cheered for the team throughout.
