Pamela Bardhi who said she was Ana Walshe friend is being looked into for getting a person with dementia to sign over $3M worth of property.
During a recent TV interview, Pamela Bardhi, a real estate businesswoman from Massachusetts, said that she was friends with Walshe and that she hoped the case would be “closed” quickly.
In one of her Facebook posts about Walshe, Bardhi also talked about her “mentor,” who is said to have died in mysterious circumstances in 2020. Now, TB Daily News says that it’s been said that Judith Benmosche was Bardhi’s mentor and that she died in 2020.

Daniel, Benmosche’s son, is suing Bardhi in Norfolk Superior Court. He says she took advantage of his mother’s dementia and his father’s drinking to get them to sign over their Brookline and West Roxbury homes. Benmosche and Daniel also owned a home at 111-117 Park Street in West Roxbury.
But the lawsuit says that as Bardhi’s health got worse because of the dementia, she started to get closer to Benmosche on purpose. She is said to have convinced her to sign over the deeds in July 2020, which was only four months before her death.

Daniel also had to sign, and according to the lawsuit, the only reason he did was because Bardhi told him he would lose his SSDI benefits if he didn’t. By signing, he gave Bardhi a piece of property worth $3 million. The house is worth $2.5 million, but it was hard for Bardhi to fix it up because it was in a historic district.

In April 2021, Pam gave the Brookline property to an LLC she created called Lady B, LLC. This is at least her ninth LLC. The lawsuit also says that she took over all of Benmosche’s bank accounts, stock accounts, and valuable antiques. On the other hand, the lawsuit says that Daniel has gotten almost nothing.
