Major League Baseball was looking into Mike Clevinger, a pitcher for the Chicago White Sox, after his ex-girlfriend Olivia Finstead alleged he had assaulted her and their now 10-month-old daughter when she was pregnant (MLB).
The MLB Department of Investigations announced on March 6 that he will not face any disciplinary action when the investigation was over.

Who is Olivia Finestead?
Olivia Finestead is 24 years old. She is an entrepreneur who is credited with developing the PMS Less product line, which is based on PMS Relief. She was the ex-girlfriend of former Chicago White Sox pitcher Mike Clevinger and the mother of the third kid.
On social media in 2022, Finestead claimed that Clevinger had harmed her and the unborn kid.
She said in a series of Instagram stories that the 32-year-old baseball star choked her, strangled her, and she stated “threw chew spit on our kid” while inflicting bruises on her that was purportedly the result of physical violence.
