Three former members of Lizzo’s crew, including dancer Noelle Rodriguez, have sued the artist. Among other shocking charges, the lawsuit claims that the dancers experienced racial, religious, and s*xual harassment while working with Lizzo.
The claims made in Lizzo’s most recent lawsuit have shocked her followers to their core. Three of her former dancers, Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez, have filed the complaint. The lawsuit makes claims against Lizzo as well as her production business, Big Grrrl Big Touring, Inc. (BGBT), and Shirlene Quigley, the leader of the singer’s dance crew.
Noelle Rodriguez Was The Former Dancing Team Member of Lizzo
The 25-year-old dancer, Noelle, is from Texas but currently resides in Los Angeles. Noelle was not a participant in Lizzo’s reality show, in contrast to the other two plaintiffs, Arianna and Crystal. She appeared in Lizzo’s music video for the song Rumours as one of the stars. Noelle joined Lizzo’s dancing team after appearing in her song video.
Noelle has more than 5,000 Instagram followers.
She left her position as Lizzo’s dancer earlier this year. In addition to fracturing her leg while performing with Lizzo, Noelle also made an appearance as a background dancer in a clip from the first season of Euphoria.
The dancer has additionally been featured in commercials for Nike and Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS.
She has performed in the background for artists like Janet Jackson, Sam Smith, and Beyonce.

Crystal Williams is a dancer from Houston, Texas. Despite her background in mass media, Crystal submitted her demo reel to Lizzo’s casting call. After that, she joined Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls.
Arianna Davis is an experienced dancer in ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, hip-hop, and lyrical. She is well known for creating aerobic fitness exercise videos with PopSugar. At Soho Dance LA (Sherman Oaks), Arianna also teaches dance. She previously participated in the Emmy Award-winning reality series Watch Out for the Big Grrrls, hosted by Lizzo.
