Following the Bengaluru techie’s 24-page suicide note, which blamed her for his death, Accenture AI consultant Nikita Singhania, the wife of 34-year-old Atul Subhash and her mother Nisha have been in the spotlight
Atul Subhash also named the chief family court judge in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh along with the family of Nikita Singhania and a court officer who bribed the judge in front of him to make him do this.
In the 24-page note, Atul Subhash demanded justice, writing “Justice is Due” on each page. In his suicide letter, Subhash stated that his wife Nikita Singhania had filed nine cases against him, including dowry, domestic abuse, s*xual misconduct, murder, and money-related harassment. The note further demanded that custody of his child be granted to his parents.
Will these cold-blooded murderers be arrested?

Who is Nisha Singhania of Jaunpur mother of Accenture Delhi employee Nikita Singhania who asked Atul Subhash why he hadn’t committed suicide yet
Dear @Accenture @AccentureIndia,
Did your employee Nikita Singhania’s salary, who is an AI Engineering consultant with you at Accenture, fall so short that she resorted to blackmailing her husband for money? Or is it that Accenture’s training programs don’t equip employees like… pic.twitter.com/wGRHcF0pC0

In addition, he made a video in which he detailed the alleged abuse he experienced and pleaded with his family not to submerge his ashes until he received justice. His message for his four-year-old kid, whom he said had been kept apart from him, was also included in his suicide note. He was connected to an NGO’s WhatsApp group, where the note and video link were shared.
Who is Nikita Singhania?
Nikita Singhania, the spouse of Atul Subhash, is an AI engineering consultant employed at the IT firm Accenture in Delhi. In 2021, she became a senior analyst at Accenture Delhi. She went on to work as a consultant.
Nikita’s mother Nisha who lives with her son Anurag in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh was recently seen arguing with news reports and threatening them in viral videos on social media platforms. Nisha is the same woman who allegedly had asked Atul, her son-in-law as to why he hadn’t committed suicide yet as he had claimed infront of Judge Reeta Kaushik along with claiming that she and her family would keep harassing Atul’s parents for money even if Atul died.
Subhash wrote in his suicide note that Nisha Singhania told him, “Arey tum abhi tak suicide nahi kiye, mujhe laga aaj tumhare suicide ki khabar aaygi.”
The Marathahalli police on Wednesday registered an FIR against 4 people in connection with Bengaluru-based AI engineer Atul Subhash’s suicide case on the complaint filed by Subhash’s brother Bikas Kumar against 4 people including the deceased techie’s wife Nikita Singhania.
See, she is the mother, and he is the brother of #NikitaSinghania.

The 4 people named in the FIR are Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, brother Anurag Singhania, and uncle Sushil Singhania under sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
She earned a B.Tech from Banasthali Vidyapith and an MBA in Finance from the Jaipuria Institute of Management. She started out as an intern at Codex Infosolutions before moving on to the same position at HDB Financial Services Ltd. She has also collaborated with Meritto, a NoPaperForms flagship product that supports more than 1000 educational institutions.
Subhash gave three reasons for making such a significant move, each of which was supported by individual instances of humiliation. One of these was the derisive remark made by the Jaunpur judge, “To tum bhi suicide kyu nahi kar lete.”
Subhash recounted particular instances of humiliation, including an encounter with Kaushik in which he claimed that the senior judge had laughed with his wife at a private meeting with him and his wife and had offered a bribe of ₹5 lakhs to resolve the matter.
She is #NikitaSinghania, the lady who lodged false cases on her husband #AtulSubhash and demanded Rs 3 cr to settle the cases.
He was giving her being Rs 80000 per month for maintenance on courts order, while she herself works in Accenture and earn well.
