Nikita Dragun, a social media star, was arrested at a hotel in Miami Beach on Monday, November 8. She was charged with four counts, including battery on an officer and disorderly conduct. According to the arrest report, police were called to the Good Times Hotel at 601 Washington Avenue because a woman was “making a scene and walking around the pool area naked.”
The transgender woman, who was 26 years old, threw a water bottle at the hotel security guards before going to her room. When the security staff asked her to turn down the music, she shut the door in their faces. Soon after, police arrived and said that Nikita had again opened the door and asked security, “Do you want more?”
Officers found out that she then swung an open water bottle at the security guard and the officer, causing water to hit and spill on both of them. This led to her arrest. Even after being told to stop, she kept acting badly and being a bother.
Even worse, the police told her that she could be forced to leave the house. After that, the police arrested her and took her to the Turner Gilford Knight Correctional Center. She was charged with misdemeanour disorderly conduct, misdemeanour battery, and felony battery on a police officer. She is being held right now on a $5,000 bond.
