Kyle Haase, 38, allegedly broke off his engagement to Pacholke just seven weeks before their wedding, and she shot herself after the breakup. On October 12, the couple was scheduled to exchange vows in Mexico. Before making the terrible decision to terminate her life, Pacholke, who was devastated, wrote an ominous text message to Hasse.

“Kyle, I adore you. I have and will continue to do so. You destroyed me beyond repair, yet I never lost hope. She texted, “I’m so sorry to do this to you, but I can’t take any more of this suffering. While travelling to his mother’s house in Minnesota with his kids from a previous relationship, Kyle got the message.

The news reporter had looked up ways to kill herself the night before the incident, according to the search history on her phone. A friend had all of her firearms seized from her home the same day out of concern that she could hurt herself. But she afterwards purchased a new weapon.

After her sister’s passing, Kaitlynn told the reporters that “sometimes, regardless of how well you think you know someone, you really don’t know what they are going through. My sister had access to all kinds of resources and everybody adored her. She excelled in her profession.
