Natasha Diddee, a renowned food blogger affectionately known as Gutless Foodie, has tragically passed away at the age of 50.
She has bravely fought cancer since 2019, which has caused tumors to grow in her stomach. Despite this, she bravely carried on sharing her culinary adventure even after surgeons removed her entire stomach to stop the disease from spreading.

Although the exact reason for Natasha Diddee’s death is still unknown, her husband posted an emotional Instagram post on March 24 to confirm her death in Pune. Because of her particular medical conditions, Natasha had to follow a strict diet and struggle with digestion, leading to a life without a stomach.
In her previous interviews, she opened out about her experiences, saying that all she ate was rice and many small servings spread out throughout the day. Her condition, known as dumping syndrome, characterized by symptoms like diarrhea, nausea, and postprandial fatigue, stemmed from the rapid emptying of her stomach contents into the duodenum.
In her account of her everyday ordeals, Natasha described how every bite of food quickly made its way into her intestines, causing negative responses including excessive sweating, protracted yawning, and numerous visits to the bathroom.
Natasha overcame great adversity; that’s why, her undying love of food and indomitable spirit left a lasting impression on the culinary industry. Her perseverance and zeal for life inspired numerous people.

Who is Natasha Diddee?
Natasha Diddee was a well-known Indian social media influencer, food vlogger, and blogger. She has been in the news because she passed away recently under mysterious circumstances.
She was born and raised in Pune, India. Her father is Dr Ravindra Diddee, who is half Punjabi and half Parsi, and her mother is Neelam Diddee, who is Maharashtrian. Natasha also has one elder brother named Sam Diddee.
After completing her schooling, Natasha Diddee enrolled in Dadar’s renowned Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai. She thereafter enrolled in a culinary class at the chef school of Sophia Polytechnic.
Natasha got married at the age of 22 and moved to Delhi. However, her in-laws rejected her dream of becoming a chef. Nevertheless, Natasha made the decision to dissolve her miserable marriage after five years, marking the start of her new adventure. Afterward, she met Swedish trade commissioner Bengt Johansson, the love of her life and second husband and they together worked in Bengaluru and later shifted their base to Pune.
She died on the morning of 24th March 2024. At the time of her death, she was 50 years old.
Her career
Following her culinary education, Natasha Diddee aka the Gutless Foodie had experience in the kitchens of a number of well-known Mumbai hotels, eateries, and establishments. Her career was interrupted by her first marriage, but she restarted it by overseeing the Swedish brand at the embassy.
