Using a now-deleted Instagram account, she posted fake text messages, featuring Jonathan’s phone number and face, with the intent to humiliate and damage his reputation.

Upon reaching out to Jonathan and his mother, The North Carolina Beat learned that he intends to file a lawsuit against Nadine, vehemently denying her accusations.

He expressed his commitment to taking a test to prove his innocence, vowing to share the results once obtained.

Nadine Refused to Provide Evidence

While refraining from republishing the deceitful content, The North Carolina Beat highlighted that Nadine, posing as Jonathan in text exchanges, created a false narrative.

After contacting both parties, Nadine refused to provide any evidence when asked to substantiate her claims. The situation escalated when The North Carolina Beat threatened to expose Nadine if she didn’t produce evidence.

Instead, she issued a public apology on the fake Instagram account before deactivating it. The incident sparked public outrage for falsely accusing Jonathan, a Black college student striving for education and success.

Nadine’s credibility further diminished as discrepancies emerged about her identity, with friends from Irvington, New JerseyJonathan Hanes revealing that she had misled others about her name and s*xual history.

Jonathan’s friend even had a conversation with Nadine, during which she admitted that Jonathan did not have HIV. In a video, The North Carolina Beat demonstrated how Nadine used two phones to orchestrate the fake text messages, exposing her deceptive actions.

On Wednesday, Jonathan Hanes went live on Instagram, sharing negative results from an HIV test he took on January 8, effectively disproving Nadine’s baseless accusations. He revealed that their communication had spanned four weeks but was cut short when Nadine blocked him, leading to reciprocal blocking.
