Ajit Agarkar, who is the chief selector of Team India is reportedly very impressed with Himanshu’s bowling, and constantly keeps an eye on him alongside his team. The youngster has achieved a lot of progress, which has eventually led to the call up.

Himanshu Singh is a young an upcoming Indian cricketer from Mumbai who recently got a call up to join the senior men’s national team. The young starlet mainly plays as a spinner and has already drawn comparisons to Team India’s veteran spinner Ashwin. Himanshu mainly plays for Mumbai in domestic cricket, having featured in the U-16 and U-23 teams but is yet to make his senior cricket team debut.
