In light of a worsening relationship with the police and concerns about flaws in the investigation into the quadruple homicide, the father of Kaylee Goncalves, one of the four University of Idaho murder victims, has hired a local attorney.

Shanon Gray is a local attorney in Moscow. He has been in the news because he was recently hired by the family of Kaylee, one of the victims of the Idaho killings.
According to Kaylee’s father Steve Goncalves, Gray just relocated from Portland, Oregon, to Moscow, Idaho. He started his career as a lawyer in the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.

He is married. However, nothing much is known about her spouse. He has five children.

Shanon Gray was a reserve police officer before becoming a lawyer.
According to his website, he has handled juvenile and adult charges as a criminal defense lawyer for over 12 years. He worked as a prosecutor for more than four years before switching to defense lawyers.
He thoroughly understands the law and how social media affects children. He has vowed to warn parents about the severe risks social media may bring to their kids.
