Anon Konyak wins Miss Nagaland 2024
Anon Konyak won the prestigious Miss Nagaland 2024 beauty pageant on December 4, 2024, at the RCEMPA (Regional Centre of Excellence for Music & Performing Arts). The Beauty and Aesthetics Society of Nagaland (BASN), who are the organizers of the pageant, hosted the entire event. Following her achievement, Anon Konyak took home a cash prize of ₹2 lakhs, alongside various gift hampers and vouchers. She also earned a direct entry to the upcoming Miss North East 2025 pageant, set to take place next year.
Meanwhile, Nikali K Shohe finished as the first runner-up, and Kelulu Dawhuo finished as the second runner-up. Following her achievement, Shohe received a cash prize of ₹1.4 lakhs, while Dawhuo won ₹1 lakh. Both winners also received a host of gift hampers and vouchers alongside the cash prizes. Just like Konyak, Shohe also secured a direct entry to the upcoming Miss North East 2025 competition.

Anon Konyak is the newly crowned winner of the Miss Nagaland 2024 beauty pageant. She is currently just 18 years old and had just recently won the Miss Kohima 1st runner-up title back in October. The teenage beauty pageant belongs to the Konyak tribe of Nagaland and is currently still a student. Anon has a passion for singing and reading and also plays the guitar. She aspires to become both an astrophysicist and a philanthropist.
While speaking to the media after her win, Anon Konyak stated:
I am very very grateful to all my supporters who has been rooting for me from near and far. Being crowned Miss Nagaland 2024, I am very excited to continue my journey in this industry as well as to work for my advocacy in future too. I am also thankful to God for this day, the stage and the opportunity.”
