Why Kremleva filed the fake case against Theo Hernandez?
Age 28 model and actress Kremleva who has dual Russian-Spanish nationality had told police she had been r*ped in a Porsche Cayenne outside glitzy Marbella. Luisa is the daughter of a real estate boss and the Russian-born model’s accusation was from 2017 with her found and arrested by the National Police in 2020.
Kremleva, who rose to fame through appearances on Spanish reality and dating shows and has acted in several Spanish shows, delayed her trial in October 2024, citing a medical emergency as her lawyer called in sick. The trial was postponed, with Kremleva staying away from the media circus that awaited her at the Costa del Sol court. On Thursday, court officials confirmed that Kremleva had reached a plea bargain with public prosecutors, avoiding a two-year prison sentence.

She admitted to perjury after falsely accusing Hernandez of r*pe and was sentenced to six months in prison, suspended for two years, as long as she does not reoffend. This plea agreement brings an end to the near seven-year legal saga that began on June 4, 2017, when Kremleva reported that Hernandez had s*xually assaulted her in a Porsche after a night out.
Investigators quickly disproved her allegations. They found that Kremleva had fallen accidentally, and evidence surfaced showing she had sent Hernandez text messages asking him when he would return to her after the alleged assault. Kremleva, who had claimed to have evidence of injuries from the supposed attack, was charged with filing a false criminal complaint after the footballer was exonerated.
In her plea deal, Kremleva admitted her accusations were motivated by a desire for revenge, stemming from Hernandez’s refusal to spend the night with her after a consensual encounter. Sentencing judge Lourdes Sanchez Esquinas highlighted the malicious intent behind Kremleva’s false report. The judge noted that on June 4, 2017, Kremleva had met Hernandez at the Olivia Valere nightclub and initially agreed to have s*x, but later fabricated a story of coercion and assault after the encounter.
