An Iranian athlete is said to have been detained after criticising Iran’s attack on Israel on April 14 on the internet.

The player took over her official Instagram account that she was “ashamed” as a representative of Iran following the attack on Israel and that the people in the nation loves Israel and “hate the Islamic Republic.”

As an Iranian, I am truly ashamed of the authorities’ attack on Israel, but you need to know that the people in Iran love Israel and hate the Islamic Republic.”

Soon after the post she posted related to the ongoing issue, the Volleball player was reportedly detained. As per the Iranian security forces, a report in JNS stated:

We will shove you in a bag.”

Mobina Rostami is an Iranian international volleyball player. Not much is known about her professional and personal life. Om her Instgaram account at @mobinarostamiv, she has around 2.3k followers.

She came to limelight when she was recently arrested following her controversial post regarding Iran’s attack on Israel where she was condemning the attack.

Mobina’s whereabouts is not known as of now. The player is getting alot of mixed reactions on social media. One user wrote:
