24-year-old Angelia Marwein whose height isn’t known is a political science graduate from Shillong completed her bachelor’s in political science from Meghalaya. Angelina attended the St Mary’s Higher Secondary School and St Edmund’s College. Her academic pursuits include a Masters dissertation on the “Maitshaphrang Movement,” exploring its role in gender equality within the Khasi society.
Her grandmother was a single mother of four and also stepped in to help her mother raise her when her father fell ill which saw her mother become the family’s sole provider.
Angelia N Marwein is a political science scholar who is close to her master’s degree completion. She currently contributes her talents to Earmacs, a cooperative society dedicated to marketing farmers’ produce and supporting rural communities. She has also taken up leadership roles on the student council and also has athletic achievements in basketball and track.
She loves adventure and has partaken in river rafting and cliff diving to trekking and chasing waterfalls. She is currently learning the drums and loves dance and music.

She received the Times Miss Multimedia Award at the competition for her efforts to use social media to promote positive change. Additionally, she was crowned the 2024 Femina Miss India NorthEast.
