TikTok wigmaker Miriam Yarimi has been charged with manslaughter after her fatal crash killed a mom and two kids in Brooklyn. The New York City wigmaker Yarimi now faces charges that include criminally negligent homicide, reckless driving and speeding, the police said.

On the afternoon of March 29, 2025, Miriam Yarimi ran over Natasha Saada and her three children at the intersection of a crosswalk on Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn.

Miriam rambled when members of the Hatzolah Jewish ambulance service reached her overturned Audi and had been recently ranting that she was being pursued by the CIA, too and was taken to Bellevue Hospital’s prison ward to undergo a psych evaluation before her arraignment.

A funeral was being held Sunday afternoon for mom, Natasha Saada and her daughters, Diana, 7, and Deborah, 5 with their bodies flown back to Israel. Saada’s son, 4-year-old Philip, was also hurt in the crash.

The Brooklyn wigmaker, age 32 Miriam Yarimi has been charged with manslaughter and criminal negligent homicide in connection with the suspected death of a woman and her two daughters by mowing them down.

Miriam Yarimi was previously paid $2 million to settle a lawsuit against the NYPD for allegedly being r*ped by a cop when she was 14 years old. Her Audi had accumulated more than 93 traffic infractions on “WIGM8KER,” including 20 speeding citations and more than $10,000 in fines, according to the internet records site “How’s My Driving.”

Among the infractions is a March 16 penalty for speeding in a school zone in Brooklyn. Since August 2023, her luxury automobile has been the subject of scores of parking violations, 20 speed camera fines, five red light charges, and more.

Yarimi allegedly admitted to first responders after the disaster that she was “possessed” and “had the devil in me.”

Charges against Miriam Yarimi

Miriam Yarimi, 32, was driving her Audi A4 with a suspended license when she crashed into an Uber before careening into the family while they were heading home from a synagogue on Saturday, March 29. The victim’s 4-year-old kid was also struck and in serious condition, struggling for his life.

According to the New York Post, Yarimi is charged with four counts of second-degree assault, three counts of criminally negligent homicide, and three counts of second-degree manslaughter for colliding with the people on Ocean Parkway. Nine pedestrians in the crosswalk were struck by her Audi after it collided with a Toyota Camry Uber.

Mayor Eric Adams called the incident a “really, really tragic tragedy” during a church stop Sunday, March 30, before visiting the deceased victims’ home. “Number one, the person should not have been on the road,” he said of Yarimi. [They have a] suspended license. We’re going to ensure that this is investigated to the full extent.”
