Fans were worried about Noe’s safety after seeing more topless videos of her and hearing that she might have been led out of Lusail Stadium by officials on Sunday night. They thought she might end up in jail.
Noe And Milu Are Safe And Fine
But Noe and her bubbly friend Milu have said they are safe and fine, and they have explained how they pulled off the crazy and dangerous stunt in the very conservative country of Qatar.
Both girls had Argentine flags painted on their breasts, and their Instagram stories now show video of two lucky men painting the blue and white flags on them in a hotel room before the game. “Thanks to the guys at @facepaintingfans for supporting this madness and painting us,” Gomez wrote in the caption of a photo of her laughing as paint-soaked sponges are dabbed on her cheeks.
“La chica del topless” posted a similar photo and wrote, “The moment before we knew we were going to be champions and we were getting ready to celebrate the world cup the way it should be celebrated.”
Argentinian Topless Fans Disrespected Qatar Dress Guidelines
Before the tournament, fans were told to respect Qatar’s strict conservative dress code. The Qatar Tourism Authority said, “Both men and women are expected to respect local culture by not wearing clothes that are too revealing in public.”

“Men and women should make sure their shoulders and knees are covered,” says a general rule. But it looks like the rules weren’t followed very strictly throughout the tournament, as dozens of female fans showed up in stadiums wearing revealing and racy clothes, especially in the later stages.
