Liverpool close to signing Milos Kerkez
Premier League giants Liverpool have reportedly identified Milos Kerkez as their primary transfer target and have moved quickly to secure the deal. The club sees Milos as their best option at left-back to replace the aging Robertson. Despite some initial differences in valuation, negotiations with Bournemouth are reportedly well underway into the final stages.
Club owner Arne Slot has also approved the transfer himself, while sporting director Richard Hughes is using his connections with his former club to make the move happen. If Liverpool do sign him, they will likely bring Kerkez on board with a contract until 2030 (with an optional extension to 2031). The Reds reportedly see him as a long-term piece in their squad rebuild.

He currently represents Hungary at the international level and has achieved a swift rise through European football in just a few years. He has gone from playing youth football in Serbia and Austria to the elite levels of the Premier League.

Milos Kerkez started out his youth career at OFK Vrbas before some short stints at Rapid Wien, ETO FC Gyor, and the AC Milan U-19 team.
