Mullin was hurt during Wrexham’s 3-1 victory over the Red Devils when he collided with the team’s rookie custodian Nathan Bishop. He is presently travelling with the rest of his team as they get ready to board a plane for Wales.
When it appeared that the young custodian was being disparaged by Wrexham supporters, co-owner Ryan Reynolds of Wrexham called him to put an end to any bad feelings. Even, the Wrexham manager Parkinson reacted strongly following the game, calling Bishop “clumsy” and “reckless” in his post-match interview. However, both teams now believe the incident is over.
