A 19-year-old, identified as Sebastian, was apprehended in Mexico after allegedly walking down the street carrying his sister Julieta’s decapitated head.
The shocking incident unfolded near a government-run clinic in Michoacán, where onlookers alerted authorities.

Victim’s Identity
The lifeless body of Julieta, believed to be in her mid to late 20s, was discovered 820 feet away at a petrol station.
Ongoing investigations by the Michoacán state prosecutor’s office have yet to reveal a motive for the gruesome act. Sebastián is currently in custody, and authorities have not indicated whether others were involved.
As of Monday, officials had not disclosed the motive behind Sebastián’s act of murdering his sister, and any potential involvement of others remained undisclosed. The investigation in the case is still ongoing.
This shocking incident bears a resemblance to a disturbing incident in the municipality of San Mateo Atenco in the State of Mexico, where Lev Norman was apprehended in October 2022.
Norman was found carrying the severed head of Lucero Yazmin in a backpack, walking along an avenue with his body drenched in blood, prompting concerned residents to alert the authorities.
The man, who was evidently under the influence of drugs, was promptly arrested and transported to a police station. During interrogation, he admitted to the crime and revealed the whereabouts of Yazmin’s body.
In a separate crime report from Mexico on December 21, 2023, it was disclosed that Rosalinda González Valencia, known as ‘La Jefa’ and the wife of Nemesio ‘El Mencho’ Oseguera Cervantes, leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), received a five-year sentence for her involvement in a suspected money-laundering operation related to a carwash.
La Jefa, associated with the notorious CJNG, was found guilty by a judge of concealing transactions linked to her Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco car wash between 2015 and 2016. Her lawyer, Víctor Francisco Beltrán, is currently appealing the imposed five-year sentence.
