The 4th edition of the Mr. Nagaland 2022 was held at the RCEMPA, Jotsoma on Friday, 9.12.22 and Maolong Yaden was titled Mr Nagaland 2022, know about the winner Maolong Yaden

The well-known Bodybuilder Moalong Yaden achieved the title of Mr. Nagaland in 2022 while Maomamen Tzudir and Bendangsuep LongKumer were the first and second runner-ups.

Mr. Nagaland 2022 was organized by the Nagaland bodybuilding and fitness association on the theme ‘Rethink’ rebuild and reveal. Winner Moalong Yaden hails from Nagaland and he was placed 5th in the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship at Tashkent recently. Contesting with the best in the world at the 12th WBPF World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship at the Tashkent in Uzbekistan, Moalong Yaden secured 5th place all over in the category of the Sports Fitness Physique under 170 cm.

Moalong performed on the 5th of October and traveled back to Nagaland on the 12th of October for Mr. Nagaland. He was accorded a very warm welcome on his arrival at the Dimapur Airport by the Merangkong Senso Union, Dimapur followed by a thanksgiving prayer at his residence, which is in Dimapur.

In the women’s Physique category, I Yingchu Phom was adjudged as the winner of the 1st women’s Physique event and she also received a cash reward of INR 15,000 alongside the citation and an event-winning trophy. Menoseno clinched the 2nd position and also received a cash reward of INR 7,000 while Senti Naro has achieved the 3rd position and received a cash prize of INR 5000.

In the category of Men’s physique (Open), Moamanen Tzudir has bagged the first place, Bengdangsunep Longkumer has achieved the second position and Toshiakum Ozukum stood in 3rd position. Tzudir was awarded a cash reward of INR 15k along with with a trophy. Longkumer and Ozukum received a cash prize of INR 7,000 and INR 5000 respectively along with the citations.

MLA Khriehu Liezietsu graced the occasion and gave away the rewards to all the winners. The special appearance for the event was the 8-time Mr. Universe Arambam Boby Singh. The Judge for the event was Bipin Singh, International Judge. M Deben Singh, national judge and S Druba Singh, L. Jamshan (State Judge) National Judge.
