According to a person close to Munawar Faruqui, the comedian got married recently but the images from the ceremony are not made public yet but a photo from the venue has now gone viral. Only close friends and family were invited to the secret wedding.
A social networking page revealed that the actor got married 10–12 days ago for those who arrived late. Munawar and his new wife gave a grand reception at Mumbai’s ITC Grand Maratha on May 26, 2024.
In relation to the bride, it has been suggested on a social media post that Munawar had a nikah ceremony with Mehzabeen Coatwala who is a celebrity makeup artist. However, nothing else is known about her at the moment.
Munawar and Mehzabeen got married in Mumbai about 10 to 12 days ago and later held a wedding reception on Sunday at ITC Maratha as per reports.
It appears that Hina Khan, Munawar’s close friend, was one of the select few who took part in the festivities. Hina posted a photo along with the song Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai on her Instagram account. For a song video, the close friends Munawar and Hina were placed together in the past.

Faruqui disclosed on Bigg Boss 17 that he has been dating someone for the last two years. His spouse and him got divorced in 2020 after getting married in 2017. Munawar’s ex-wife then got married again. Faruqui also revealed on the show that he has got the custody of his young son and his family members are taking care of his son in his absence.
Sometime back, he was dating social media personality and model Nazila Sitaishi.
