Luka Vuskovic is a Croatian professional footballer who was born on 24 February 2007, in Split, Croatia. He plays as a centre-back for Hajduk Split in the Croatian Football League one of the biggest clubs in Croatia. Luka is a regular starter for the team and his performances have sparked attention from many top European clubs. Luka Vuskovic is undoubtedly one of the biggest talents in Europe at present and has a bright future ahead.
The transfer fee is “rumored to be” around £12m as he moves to Tottenham but his salary isn’t known yet.

Ever since a young age, Luka was always interested in football and started his journey at the Hajduk Split academy. While at the academy, Luka proved his true potential and swiftly climbed through the ranks of the academy. Luka eventually and became the youngest ever player to score in the UEFA Youth League.
The then 15-year-old then played in a friendly against Urania, in September 2022 with the main team. Just three months later, the main team called him once again for a friendly against German side Schalke. Impressively, Luka scored a goal in that game, helping his team secure a 4-3 win.
Just two days after turning 16, Luka got to make his official debut following a string of impressive performances. He played a full match against arch rivals Dinamo Zagreb and Luka Vuskovic became the youngest player to ever feature in the Croatian top flight. He played for the first team again, just days after his first appearance and scored his first professional goal. It was a cup tie against Osijek, and he became the youngest scorer in Hajduk’s history.
Luka Vuskovic has also impressed at the international stage as well. He has so far made three appearances for his Croatia at the U16 level, against Armenia, Greece and Slovenia.

Owing to his amazing stature, standing at a height of 6 feet 3 inch, Luka has a fair advantage in his centre back position. Aside from that, he has brilliant positioning and a great presence of mind. Luka has also shown to posses quick thinking and great ball-distribution skills, which help on the attack.
