On May 14, at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi, the 26-year-old left an impression on the onlookers by shocking the Delhi Capitals’ bowling attack with his potent strokes.

Who is Arshad Khan?
Arshad Khan is an Indian cricketer who was born on December 20, 1997 in Gopalganj, Madhya Pradesh, India. He is a left handed bowler who is known for his inswinging deliveries and can bowl in the 130-140 kmph range.
Arshad Khan plays for Lucknow Super Giants in Indian Premier League and Madhya Pradesh in domestic cricket after starting his initial coaching by his father. He made his debut for Madhya Pradesh’s U-19 squad three years after being recruited for the U-16 team at the early age of 14.
His selection to the Under-23 team for the 2017–18 season came after a few standout performances. The left-handed batsman and left arm medium bowler made his List A debut for Madhya Pradesh in the 2020–21 Vijay Hazare Trophy on February 24, 2021.
His exceptional play also earned him a contract in the Indian Premier League, which he signed in 2022 for a base salary of Rs 20 lakhs with the Mumbai Indians. In the 2023 IPL he made his Twenty20 debut for the Mumbai Indians against Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 2, 2023.
