Following her recent online debacle, her account was taken down and now only has her X account, where she has over 50,000 followers. Interestingly, Gaddis did not apologize for her remarks and instead went on to repost content from conservative influencers who supported her remarks.
Lilly Gaddis fired for saying the N-word
The shocking incident took place on Monday, when Gaddis used a racial slur in a now-viral cooking video. In the video, Gaddis called her friends’ husbands as “broke ass n***s.” in a casual manner. Gaddis delivered the racial slur with a slight southern drawl, which led many to believe that she commonly used such kinds of words during conversations.

In response to her words, her employers, “Rophe of the Carolinas,” decided to fire her instantly on Tuesday night. However, Gaddis did not seem too concerned about her termination and instead shared a message saying:
Oh no, I got fired! #mob.”
Moreover, Gaddis has continued to post a series of tweets conveying her lack of sorrow for what happened. She wrote on X:
Thanks black community for helping to launch my new career in conservative media! You all played your role well like the puppets you are.”

According to her now-deactivated LinkedIn profile, Gaddis worked as a Business Development, Marketing and Sales Manager at the company.
Rophe of the Carolinas issues a statement
Following the shocking incident, Gaddis’ employers, the Rophe of the Carolinas, have spoken out against her actions. The Rophe of the Carolinas is a home health care provider for the elderly and disabled. The organization confirmed Gaddis’s termination and described her as a “newly hired” employee. Moreover, they underlined that her words did not reflect their ideals and do not support it. Notably, the company, is run by female African American immigrants.
