When the pro-golfer’s pictures were revealed with a new mystery girl Lilia on Sunday, September 18th, many of his fans mistook her new girl for his ex-lover Hunter.
Both women have a striking resemblance to one another and both have golfing backgrounds as well.
Though Bryson’s new flame is a social media influencer with tons of followers still many are wondering about who she is. So let’s discuss.
Bryson’s new lover Lilia is a Belmont, Michigan native. She is currently a sophomore golfer at the Indianapolis Marian University.
Lilia is on the Institution’s Women Golf Roster 2023 and is training under Head Coach Dan Stanjevich.
As per her bio on the University’s website, so far she only played one match as a freshman. At the time she shot a 176 (87+89) and got a 24th-place finish at the UPike Fall Invite.
She is a 2-time all-conference player. In 2019, Lilia has gained the MVP honor in her high school team. While height isn’t known, she is aged 19.
After that she even qualified for the MHSAA State Championships in 2019 and 2020 consecutively and became team captain.
As of now, the social media influencer cum sophomore golfer has a fanbase of more than 44k followers on Instagram and more than 156,000 followers on TikTok.
While scrolling through her social media, we found out, apart from being a player, Lilia likes to explore around as she has posted stunning pictures of herself in various places.
In one of its reports, Outkick outlet noted that they misidentified the girl with Bryson at the Sunday LIV Golf event in Chicago as his ex-girlfriend Hunter Nugent earlier.
However, Hunter later confirmed to the outlet that she and Bryson were not together anymore.
The golfer told the outlet that, “Bryson and I aren’t dating anymore.” She also named his ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend.
According to a report by The Sun, In the past the pro-golfer also dated an Instagram model named Sophia Phalen Bertolami.
After his 2020 US Open victory in New York, Sophia took to her Instagram and penned down in her story that, “Biggest congratulations to this guy!!! Beyond proud of you B! @brysondechambeau,”
The 29-year-old golfer suffered a bizarre injury during his Sunday LIV golf event in Chicago. A video of the incident has now been circulating around the internet.
In the video, Bryson is seen next to his caddy, who’s seen lifting up the rope while they were walking towards so that the pro-golfer could walk swiftly.
Despite glancing at it first, Bryson ended up bouncing his face on the rope. He ducks his head prematurely and ends up colliding with it.
After colliding with the rope, his hat went flying behind him and the golfer who was clearly caught off-guard jumps from behind.
He was clearly in pain afterwards the collision as he was seen crouching holding his face.
