Lata Shinde’s family and education
Lata was born and raised in Jawali, Taluka, District Satara, in Maharashtra, India. Lata is a mother to 3 kids but unluckily her daughter and son died in an accident. Presently her second son Shrikant Shinde is a politician. Her parents’ names and educational background is not known.
Lata Shinde career
Lata Shinde came in the limelight after her husband Eknath, revolted against the Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi government in the state of Maharashtra in 2022. He was later on announced as the 20th Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Lata and Eknath after marrying each other lived in a 1 BHK flat with their children.
On the 2nd of June in 2000, the whole family was on a family trip along with their kids, and unluckily her 11-year-old son Dipesh and 7 years old daughter Shubhada drowned accidentally while enjoying boating. When this incident took place, her husband Eknath was an auto-rickshaw driver. After losing both son and daughter, Eknath and Lata both were in depression for a long time but later Anand Dighe, who is a politician, helped them to come out of depression.
Apart from being a being auto-rickshaw driver, Eknath also worked at a fish company named Wagle estate. Lata named her home as Shubhdeep, after losing Deepesh and Shubhada. Lata is a religious person and she is often spotted with her husband and son at various religious events.

Eknath Sambhaji Shinde was born on the 9th of February in 1964 and presently his age is 59 years as of 2023. He is a well-known Indian politician who is presently serving as the 20th and current Chief Minister of the Maharashtra State since 2022 and Pramukh of Shiv Sena since 2023.
